Questions We Get a Lot
A traditional sauna heats the air around you to very high temperatures, while an infrared sauna uses radiant heat panels designed to warm the body more directly at a lower ambient temperature. Many people find infrared saunas more comfortable to sit in for longer sessions. If you have questions about which style suits your home setup, our team is happy to help.
Most of our infrared saunas are designed with fast heat-up in mind, reaching a comfortable session temperature in a relatively short time thanks to efficient carbon panel or full-spectrum heater configurations. Exact warm-up times will vary by model and panel wattage, so we recommend reviewing the individual product details. Having your sauna ready when you are is a core part of a consistent daily ritual.
EMF stands for electromagnetic field, which is emitted by all electrical devices including sauna heaters. Low EMF carbon panels are designed to minimize electromagnetic field exposure during your session, a feature many wellness-focused buyers look for when choosing a home sauna. Each product listing notes its EMF specification so you can make an informed choice.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), and infrared saunas are shipped directly to your door. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our 30-Day Return policy has you covered — please visit our Return Policy page for full details on the process.
About Our Infrared Saunas
An infrared sauna is a purpose-built wooden enclosure fitted with radiant heat panels that warm the body through gentle infrared wavelengths rather than heating the surrounding air the way a conventional steam sauna does. This approach allows for a deeply immersive heat experience at a lower ambient temperature, making it an accessible option for a wide range of people who want to build a consistent wellness ritual at home. Infrared saunas are well suited for anyone looking to carve out quiet, restorative time in their own space, whether that is first thing in the morning or as an evening wind-down. When choosing one, it is worth considering the size of the space you have available, the capacity you need, the type of wood used in construction, the number and placement of heating panels, and whether low EMF output matters to you. A well-chosen home sauna can become one of the most-used spaces in your home.
