Questions We Hear Most Often
Zero gravity positioning reclines the chair so your legs are elevated to roughly the same level as your heart, reducing the sense of pressure along your spine and allowing the massage rollers to work more evenly across your back. It's designed to support a deeper sense of relaxation during your session. Most of our massage chairs include at least one zero gravity position, and a few offer multiple angles to suit your preference.
Our single-person infrared saunas are designed with home use in mind, and the most compact option measures approximately 31.5 x 30.3 inches at the base — small enough to fit in a spare room, a bedroom corner, or a home gym space. Two-person models are slightly wider, so it's worth measuring your intended area before ordering. Each product listing includes exact dimensions to help you plan.
660nm falls in the visible red light spectrum and is primarily absorbed at the surface of the skin, while 850nm sits in the near-infrared range and is designed to penetrate more deeply into tissue. Many of our panels use dual-chip LEDs that emit both wavelengths simultaneously, so you can support your wellness routine across different depths in a single session. Some panels in this collection extend this further with additional wavelengths for a broader spectrum of coverage.
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. — please note this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If something isn't the right fit, our 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you're completely comfortable with your purchase. For full details on refunds and the return process, we recommend reviewing our Return Policy page before ordering.
About Our Best Sellers
A home wellness space built around the right equipment can change the rhythm of your everyday life — giving you a place to decompress, reset, and move through your routine with more intention. Massage chairs, infrared saunas, and red light therapy panels each serve a distinct purpose, and when chosen thoughtfully, they complement one another as part of a consistent self-care practice. When choosing a massage chair, consider the type of roller system, the number of massage programs, and whether zero gravity positioning matters to you. For infrared saunas, think about capacity, wood quality, EMF levels, and how quickly the unit reaches your preferred temperature. With red light therapy panels, the wavelengths offered, LED count, and coverage area are worth comparing carefully. Whatever you're drawn to, the best starting point is understanding how you plan to use it daily — because the most effective piece of wellness equipment is the one that fits naturally into your life and your space.
